The easiest and tastiest dish that your family will love!
- 2 lbs potatoes (preferably russets)
- 1 cup kale (best to use dried)
- 1 sausage ham garlic ring
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- Peel and cut potatoes in half, put in large sauce pan with the kale and sausage.
- Cook until you are able to mash the potatoes.
- Remove sausage, mash, put butter and seasoning on top to melt; place sausage back on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
