Fantastic potato recipe! The fresh rosemary smell permeated the entire house and everyone kept saying 'it smells so good!' I chunked my potatoes and roasted them for about an hour, the first 30 minutes at 375 and then another 25 minutes or so at 400 - that way they browned nicely! I added fresh ground pepper and Hungarian paprika (for color) too. Made for ZWT5.

What a wonderful recipe. The potatoes were incredible, quick and easy to make with terrific results. So much flavor, the potatoes were perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. Thank you for sharing another winner.

Followed instructions as listed using 2 sprigs of rosemary. This turned out delicious. The aroma was divine. I will be making these again and again. Thanks for sharing your lovely recipe!

Sometimes simple dishes are the best and this is a case in point. Delicious! I reduced the recipe somewhat which is so easy to do when the ratio of potatoes to onions by weight is simply 1 to1. The only other change was that I had to dice the onions since one of my diners can't eat food that's in any way stringy as sliced onions would be. If that diner wasn't there I would have sliced the onions as directed. Thanks for sharing.

Yummy! This recipe is similar to an American fried potato that DH loves! I really enjoyed the addition of the rosemary - although I did use dried... Forgot to pick up fresh... We enjoyed this dish very well. I think that rosemary and potatoes go together so well, add an onion and this is a simple but very delicious dish! Thanks for sharing!

These are really good, but they definitely need more cooking time. This is a very nice accompaniment to a roast.

Wow are these good and so so simple. The flavor is astounding. I didn't have fresh rosemary and so did sprinlings of dried. I did mine in an 8x8 inch baking dish and it took about an hour. What a great find Laurie :-) Made for KK's Chef's Pick.

A really tasty potato dish! The flavours blended beautifully and for such a simple dish it was very satisfying. I did find that mine took closer to 45 minutes to cook but that's just a variation in oven efficiency! Thanks for a lovely recipe!

delicious, my DS made these on my outdoor grill in a large disposable foil pan, we sprinkled some grated cheddar cheese on just before removing for the grill, I also added in 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, in this house we don't eat anything unless it's super spicy! thanks for sharing Lor, this was made and thoroughy enjoyed for ZWT %
