I found this recipe on another website called cdkitchen. I actually prefer a Mexican blend of cheese in this recipe, but any cheese will do.


  1. Slice potatoes very thin.
  2. Mix sour cream with cheese and chilies then toss in potatoes.
  3. Pour into a greased dish.
  4. Bake at least 30 - 45 minutes at 375°F.
