My Mummy can't ressist wedges, so I had to post this
- turn oven to 190 degrees.
- wash potatoes.
- dry potatoes well.
- don't peel them.
- cut each potato into 4 wedges.
- spread enough oil to cover base of baking dish.
- put wedges in one layer in dish.
- bake 30 minutes
- then turn wedges over, sprinkle with salt and bake 20 minutes more.
- mix sour cream and cheese.
- serve with wedges on a platter or in a bowl.
