A traditional recipe that satisfys anyone in the mood for fresh potato wedges with a pinch of salt.........mmmm GO ahead click!
- wash and peel the potatos.
- slice the potatoes into french fry pieces.
- Pour the cooking oil in a pan and fry thy potatoes.
- cook on high until golden brown, or until cooked enough to suit your likings.
- And the salt.
We all loved this recipe i did not peel the potatos and did add the garlic we loved it.. my son was very happy..
I was raised on these here french fries. My dear daddy had a huge garden and we always had potatoes to make real french fries. They are the best and I should really make them at home instead of frozen store bought. I do have a hand held potato french fry slicer. I am just a little lazy I guess, I will have to change that this new year and stat making these. Can you believe some people have never had one of these in their life. Crazy!
