Directions

  1. Cook onion in butter or margarine until transparent.
  2. Blend in flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Add water, tomatoes and bouillon cubes.
  4. Cook until cubes dissolve and mixture thickens.
  5. Place potatoes in greased 2 quart casserole; add sauce.
  6. Cover and bake in preheated 400 degree F oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
