Absolutely delicious! These potatoes are similar to potato skins that you get in a restaurant. I found that I needed to add another 2 Tbsp of Italian Dressing when I flipped the potatoes as the dressing had been absorbed. Served with sour cream and these were devoured. I made these potatoes to go alongside your Simple Italian Grilled Chicken and they pair together very well. Thx so much TasteTester!

I absolutely loved these! I didnt have new potatoes so just used regular baking potatoes for our lunch today. I also used the Zesty Italian Dressing. I'm also going to try a variation of this when making potato skins for an appetizer. The italian dressing gives this recipe that special "umph".

Potatoes and teenagers -- what a perfect combination! I was cooking for nine exchange students, so boiled 24 potatoes at once. The kids had fun doing the smashing. The dressing and toppings make these potatoes special. My photo is before toppings -- two of the students are vegetarians. A versatile and yummy side dish. Thanks!
