  1. One of my favorate foods! This recipe is very easy to make and too good to be true. I used garlic flavored olive oil (Trader Joe's)and the baking produced crispy shells without all the fat. I will use this recipe often.

  2. These weere yummy! I followed directions as stated, except I used artificial bacon bits. Thanks for a good one!

  3. This is an easy thing to do with the skins...and tasty to boot. Thank you. I have made these several times.

  4. Wow, terrific recipe Rita! Crispy on the outside, but soft and yummy inside. The whole family loved these. I thing the olive oil is the trick. Thanks for a yummy dish, this would go great at parties. I used cheddar and bacon this time, but can't wait to try different combos next time. The carmelized onions sound delicious!

  5. These were excellent! A huge hit with the whole family. I followed the recipe to the letter-EXCEPT for the bacon-I used Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits. Great recipe, thanks for posting.
