Potato Salad With Smoked Turkey and Gruyere

"A tasty potato salad - I like it a little better without the turkey. The celery and apple are nice touches. Tastes better if allowed to sit overnight before serving. I think this is from Rachel Ray's magazine (?)."

  • Boil potatoes until just tender, drain and cool.
  • Combine mayo, dill and dijon in a large bowl.
  • Add potatoes, turkey, cheese and celery; mix well.
  • Stir in apple.
  • Garnish with dill sprigs.
