    A tasty potato salad - I like it a little better without the turkey. The celery and apple are nice touches. Tastes better if allowed to sit overnight before serving. I think this is from Rachel Ray's magazine (?).

    Directions:

      Boil potatoes until just tender, drain and cool.

      Combine mayo, dill and dijon in a large bowl.

      Add potatoes, turkey, cheese and celery; mix well.

      Stir in apple.

      Garnish with dill sprigs.
