Potato salad with crispy bacon and mustard mayo


  1. Cook the potatoes whole in boiling, salted water for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, grill the bacon until crisp, then drain on kitchen paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard. Add the warm potatoes and bacon and mix. Add some chopped chives, if you like.
