This potato salad has more mayo than most, and is not sweet, and that's why it's my favorite. My sister suggested using tomatoes,and for years I've been making it this way.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Boil potatoes and eggs, cool, peel and cut into bite sized pieces.
  2. Chop the tomato. Chop the pickle and onion very fine.
  3. Mix all ingredients (except garnish) in large bowl, add garnish and refrigerate until ready to eat.
