Delicious! I find that cooking the potatoes this way is easier than cooking them whole, in their skins and then peeling them hot. I was afraid there would be too much mustard for me, but this is not the case. Thank you for a new to me way to make lovely potato salad. (Picky daughter also enjoyed it very much.)

This is some Good Stuff!!! I did add a little bit more mayo and mustard.I love the addition of the pickle juice! this is a keeper!!
Excellent stuff - I used beetroot relish instead, as I had to use it up - worked well.

This is exactly what I was looking for -- a potato salad like my Nana made! It has to be the pickle juice. I did add a little bit more mustard than called for -- but a super recipe.
great potatoe salad. the only thing i changed was to double the amount of mustard and added a little cayenne pepper to spice it up. it was wonderful. thanks for the great recipe.
A delicious tasting potato salad. I was looking for a different potato salad, DW might like. This was it. She said it was great! The directions were clear and it was easy to put together. It would have been better if I had used Dijon mustard. But, I was out. It was still wonderful. Thanks so much for posting.
