A delicious salad the way my Mom always made it.
- Peel potatoes and cook, whole, until tender.
- Add eggs to the water you're boiling so they can hard boil at the same time.
- When done, empty into a colander and let cool.
- When cooled, dice potatoes into a large bowl.
- Dice eggs into bowl with potatoes.
- Empty the jar of sandwich spread into bowl and stir well.
- If it looks a little dry, add more sandwich spread.
- Sprinke top with paprika and chill.
