A delicious salad the way my Mom always made it.

  1. Peel potatoes and cook, whole, until tender.
  2. Add eggs to the water you're boiling so they can hard boil at the same time.
  3. When done, empty into a colander and let cool.
  4. When cooled, dice potatoes into a large bowl.
  5. Dice eggs into bowl with potatoes.
  6. Empty the jar of sandwich spread into bowl and stir well.
  7. If it looks a little dry, add more sandwich spread.
  8. Sprinke top with paprika and chill.
