      I love potato pancakes but hate shredding! Found refrigerated ones at the grocery store... Delicious with sour cream and I threw a few green onions in the mix too...

      Yummy! I made these with frozen hash browns and it only took a couple of minutes to thaw. I served these with an omelet and it was a great match. Thanks diner for a great side dish. Made for Went to the Market Tag.

      What a perfect way to prepare potato pancakes without a lot of fuss! Full of flavor and cook up perfectly! I used the refrigerated shredded potatoes. Like other reviewers I could see adding some cheese and maybe even some fresh garlic to these too to change up the flavors. Served mine with pot roast last night and it was a great side dish! Tagged in the 123 Hits game.

      These are delicious! I love how they are so quick; unlike traditional potato pancakes. I used the refrigerated version and added some cheddar cheese. They have great flavor, too. I will be using this recipe often. Made for Photo Tag.

      I made these for breakfast today! What a wonderful treat!!! I used refrigerated hash browns w/cheddar cheese and chives instead of onions. We had these with cinnamon applesauce. Thanks for posting diner! I will make these again!!! Made for potluck tag.
