  2. Add Flower, Egg, and Milk, mix until combined.
  3. Add Pepper and Grated ingredients, mix until well combined.
  4. Drop mixture (about the size of a medium pancake) onto heated skillet.
  5. Fry until both sides are golden / deep brown.
