  • Dice potatoes and place in a medium bowl filled with water. Place in the fridge for 6 hours or over night.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Pour water and safe potatoes. Using Aluminum foil, tear 3 pieces of foil that are 8x11''. Distribute potatoes and onions into pieces of foil. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each packet, and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper onto each packet.
  • Grab the foil at the edges and bring into the center and close by pinching the foil together. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Check at 40 minutes by using a fork to test for doneness. Remove from oven and fork goes through potato easily.
