Potato Onion Pork Chops

"This was one of those fly by the pants recipes. I looked and it's what I had and it worked very well. These chops were so moist and juicy. I couldn't believe it, not one complaint from the kids."

  1. Was really good but a little salty. That may have been my fault however, I used pork seasoned Stove Top stuffing along with the onion soup mix. I will either cut back on the soup mix or go to plain stuffing next time. Try it you'll like it.
