- 8-10 potatoes, peeled
- 2 onions
- 29.58-44.37 ml chicken fat, melted, cooled
- 3 eggs, beaten
- pepper, freshly ground to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash peeled potatoes in cold water and dry well. Grate potatoes and onions into mixing bowl.
- Combine all ingredients; blend well.
- Pour mixture into greased 3-quart casserole.
- Bake 2 hours in preheated oven.
- Cut in squares.
