These were good though basic tasting. I had some issues making the puffs,and when eating them the cheese tended to all come off at once. My inclination would be to add the cream and cheese to the potatoes and bake them in the dish with out worrying about making puffs, though they are fun! Made for ZWT 7 for the Food.commandos.

I never met a potato I didn't like and this is no exception. The taste is very subtle and is a great foil for a stronger flavoured meat dish. Lamb comes to mind. I evidentally suck at dumpling making with a two spoon method so I ended up using one spoon and molded the top part with my hands. Next time I think I'd be inclined to dice some green onion in to the mix to ramp up the flavour a little. The possibilities are endless. Thanks for posting!
