  1. Cook cubed potatoes (not too soft).
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan.
  3. Add garlic & parsley & fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add cooked potatoes and mix well.
  5. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Fry until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy!

I make these alot for breakfast with fried eggs. I never thought to add garlic and parsley for a dinner side dish. This was very good. I will do this one again!
