This is a nondairy version of this recipe. Use milk instead of water for a creamier taste.

Excellent recipe, easy to prepareand very tasty.. The only thing I did different was to add 1 tsp. Italian seasoning to the potatoes and leave out the salt.

  1. Melt margarine and place in a flat baking dish.
  2. rinse and dry chicken.
  3. mix egg and water.
  4. dip chicken in water mix then roll in potato flakes to coat thoroughly.
  5. place chicken in baking dish.
  6. add salt and pepper.
  7. bake uncovered 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
  8. flip chicken, add more seasoning if desired, and cook an additional 30 minutes or until tender.
