This turned out really good. I cut the mayo down to about 3/4 c because of other reviewers saying it made a lot of dressing. I followed the recipe exactly other than that. I thought it was just a bit bland when it was finished, so I added a couple tablespoons of pickle juice and a few chopped baby dills. Thanks, this was a great recipe!

This was the best potato salad I ever made! I did make a few modifications though. I used 3/4 cup of dressing and chilled overnight. Instead of sliced green onions I used a microplaner and grated sweet onion. I used 8 eggs (I love eggs in my potato salad) and added 1-1/2 TBSP of yellow mustard.
This was wonderful, I did do a few amount adjustments, for those who prefer less dressing you might want to reduce the mayo slightly, for 6 potatoes it was lots of dressing, but for my family we like it extra creamy, I used seasoned salt and added in a bit of garlic powder thanks for sharing Mama!
Had the Happy Hour group in for ribs, corn on the cob, and potato salad. I didn't realize that this was a Paula Deen recipe, until I was checking at the end for any missed ingredient. The taste really is different from the avaerage potato salad (in a good way)! It's creamy and mildly tangy and zippy with a little crunch. Overall, very good flavor and texture! I used white onion in place of green, otherwise no changes. Thanx for posting this; I'll be making this again!
I got the chance to make this from pick a chef. What is great about this you can make this from 2 serving and up. Do not adjust you computer for my picture because I make this with blue Potatoes. This I will be making again for parties I will be going to.
