Do we know how to use potatoes in Idaho or what?? You'll love this way. Doughnuts are good any time of the day!!!!!!
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add eggs.
- mix well.
- Mix potatoes and milk.
- Mix dry ing.
- Add potato mixture and dry mixture alternatly,and mix well.
- Roll out on a floured board to 1/2 in thick.
- Cut with doughnut cutter.
- Fry in oil heated to 375*, until brown and inside is done.
