Easy to make. Can not believe it cuts and taste like a regular pizza. Each slice folds like a regular pizza. I first read this and thought I would need a spoon but I was surprise this is exactly like what I order from a pizza joint. MUST TRY THIS..

  • 566.99 g package Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
  • 118.29 ml self-rising flour
  • 236.59 ml pizza sauce
  • 591.47 ml pizza cheese, divided
  • 113.39 g pepperoni


  1. For crust:.
  2. In medium mixing bowl add mashed potatoes & flour. Mix well. Add 1 cup cheese to potato mixture. Mix well.
  3. Pre heat oven 450 degrees.
  4. Spray 12” pizza pan. Press potato & cheese mixture onto pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on crust. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on sauce. Place pepperoni on and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  6. Put back in oven for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
