This was my Mom's recipe. It is so very easy. Sort of a sugar cookie with a twist. Warning - they go fast.
- Heat oven to 375.
- Cream the margarine, sugar and yolk.
- Add flour, potato chips and nuts.
- Mix well.
- Drop by tsp.
- on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.

It is excellent! I tripled the recipe each time I made it and also used the whole egg and a little more flour.And towards the end I was getting tired and I highly recommend the plain/cheesy/ranch flavor is excellent together.In a cookie that is!.
