    Kari's Note:

This was my Mom's recipe. It is so very easy. Sort of a sugar cookie with a twist. Warning - they go fast.

What do you do when you have six half bags of different flavored potato chips from different countries? This was accumulated in a month's trip. You look for Kari's Potato Chip Cookie recipe! Yipee! It is excellent! I tripled the recipe each time I made it and also used the whole egg and a little more flour. And towards the end I was getting tired and I highly recommend the plain/cheesy/ranch flavor is excellent together. In a cookie that is!. Thanks for posting.
