This is GOOD! A tasty mix of flavors that I found refreshing! I must admit I did omit the chicken, but I know it would be a good addition for meateaters! Thanks for a great potato salad!

I omitted the chicken too and concentrated on the salad which was lovely! The basil dressing is the star of the show.

Quite a nice salad for lunch. I love a salad where every bite tastes different, but delicious and flavorful. Made for PetsRus Cookathon in the Diabetic Forum.

Terrific and gets better the second day. I had already made potato salad, so I just used chicken and no potatoes.

Wonderful way to use up left-over chicken. Lots of flavors blended to compliment the potatoes and chicken. My only change was to substitute some chopped red pepper for the chopped tomatoes (afraid mine were too juicy) Made for Pets Cook-A-Thon in Cooking Photos.

A wonderful salad, soo much flavour. As someone else said the dressing is the star!! It is delightfully refreshing. I made it just as written, but do not have a food processor, so put all the ingredients for the dressing in my blender, including the mayo, worked out fine. We loved it and I will be making it again and thinking of you and wishing wellness for you!!

a great way to use the basil from my garden, just what i was looking for! i used regular white vinegar instead of the white wine vinegar and it still turned out great!

This was very good thanks Pets. I didn't have my blender, so just chopped the herbs finely. I don't like celery much so subbed green capsicum for it.

The mix of flavors is just so FRESH!!! Perfect spring/summer food. Definitely take the time to get the fresh herbs & blend everything in the food processor. I didn't do this (used dried basil, chopped fresh parsley & garlic by hand), and it still tasted great, but it was kinda chewy.
