"Boil potatoes for 10 min. Drain. Mix next 4 ingredients together. Salt & pepper to taste and pour into 2 qt. casserole. Top with bacon and bake at 350 for 1 hr."

• 8 medium potatoes, cubed
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 cups loaf cheese
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1 small onion, chopped
• salt & pepper
• 3 slices crispy bacon

directions

1. Boil potatoes for 10 minute Drain.
2. Mix with next 5 ingredients.
3. top with crumbled bacon and bake at 350 for 1 hr,.
