- 177.44 ml potato water
- 44.37 ml butter
- 1 egg
- 118.29 ml mashed potatoes
- 29.58 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml salt
- 709.77 ml bread flour
- 9.85 ml yeast
- Boil 1-2 peeled potatoes. Save water to use in bread. Mash potatoes, without milk or butter, and let cool to at least lukewarm.
- Place all ingredients in bread maker and set to basic cycle.
Great bread; soft and fluffy with a touch of sweetness. I started this in the bread machine on the dough setting and then baked it in the oven (my bread come out hard when cooked in the bread machine). This rose nicely and baked up in 16 minutes at 350 degrees F. Will make this again! Made for PAC Fall 2011.
