ingredients
- 236.59 ml carrot, shredded
- 118.29 ml sliced celery
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14.79 ml butter
- 946.36 ml chicken broth
- 709.77 ml cubed peeled potatoes
- 29.58 ml snipped dill or 4.92 ml dried dill
- 425.24 g can white kidney beans (cannellini)
- 118.29 ml sour cream
- 14.79 ml all-purpose flour
- 0.61 ml pepper
- salt
directions
- Saute the first 3 ingredients in butter until soft.
- Add the chicken broth, potatoes, dill, and beans.
- Cook until the potatoes are tender.
- Mix the flour with the sour cream and pepper.
- Mix in a little of the hot broth to the cream and return all to the pot of soup.
- Return to a boil.
- Your done. Enjoy.
