Made as directed and ended up with delicious baked potatoes. I used old cheddar for the cheese. Made for PAC Fall 2011

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan. Place potatoes in a large baking dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and toss to combine. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes, until potatoes and tender and golden.
