- 1 large potato
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
directions
- Crush garlic and half of sea salt together and then mix with oil.
- Peel potato, halve it along long side, lay flat on chopping board and cut into 4 long wedges.
- Pat potato dry and coat it with the oil, garlic and salt mixture.
- Place on a non-stick baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining salt, place in preheated oven at gas 7, 220C, 450°F Check and turn after 25 minute, should be crisp and delicious after 35 - 40 minutes.
