      Very good sauce - I did add a few drops of sesame oil for extra flavor.

      this was good jude, but i did substitute rice vinegar for the red wine, i thought it would be a bit more asian, lol. i also added a tsp of sesame oil-- my potstickers were frozen and steamed, this was a neat appetizer for an asian meal

      A good sauce with a pungent ginger taste. I had planned to make potstickers; however, I was having 2-pounds stir-fried shrimp that night and used it to season the shrimp during the last minutes of cooking. It was just the right amount to lightly coat the shrimp, and DH thought it was wonderful, but a little strong on ginger. So I'll use a little less next time. I think this would certainly be good on potstickers.
