  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Combine all ingredients through peas.
  3. Dressing: Mix together oil, lemon juice, oregano, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic.
  4. Toss salad with dressing.
  5. Chill 2 hours.
