Yummo! I now realize the key to a fabulous smoothie is using frozen fruit instead of ice cubes. That way you get the frosty texture while maintaining the intensity of the fruit. In this one you also get a wonderful creaminess of the banana. I had to top off my frozen blueberries with frozen mixed berries. I was also nervous about the pastureized egg substitute and limited it to just a quarter cup. So rich and good. Thanks cookiedog!

This was so good! I didn't add the egg just more milk and it turned out perfect. What a delicious way to get your antioxidants and vitamins! We will have this often. Thanks for sharing.
