Terrific, easy-to-follow recipe. I couldn't find the specific types of chili powder so just used 1 T. of regular chili powder and it was delicious and plenty spicy. I made the entire recipe and served 10 nice sized servings.

I cut the recipe in half for me and DH. He loved it; I thought it was too spicy, but loved the blend of all the flavors. I will make this again with less pepper - DH can add his own!! Made for Spring 2012 PAC
