This was just ok not sure I would make again.I love sesame oil and garlic so thought it would be great but not really that great.

The sauce had a great flavour but did not complement the scallops. I wouldn't make this again.

These are delicious! The sauce was so good, I am going to double it next time. Very quick and easy. I also used some olive oil with the sesame oil to keep it from burning.

Lovely dish...unfortunately the scallops used were defrosted and I replaced the lime with lemon instead...added in some brown onion with the garlic too which was nice. Very easy to make!

You can't really use sesame oil as a cooking oil so I used olive oil for sauteeing the garlic and ginger, and I marinated the scallops in the lime and tamari and sesame oil for about a minute and then seared them. Thanks for sharing
