      Awesome bread....I did opt to sub 1/2 whole wheat flour as noted in other review, and I used 2TBS sugar and added 1TBS ground Flaxseed. Very lovely, just made yesterday, and already need to make another loaf!! Thnx for sharing this easy and tasty recipe.

      This made a perfect loaf in the bread machine. Light, fluffy, nice texture. I subbed 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour. Thank you for a recipe I am sure to use again.
