  1. Grind paprika, pepper, parsley, chili powder, cumin, oregano, lemon zest, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, nutmeg and bay leaf together.

I used this on my salmon, today, and it was surprisingly good! It wasn't overpowering at all, and the blend was an even mix of ingredients. I have plenty of the blend left, and am looking forward to using it the fish again!
