      Easy to prepare. The onions and tomatoes were good, but still needed something. Maybe some red pepper flakes, or some sliced bell peppers. Served with rice. A good base recipe that could be adapted to your own tastes.

      This was okay ~ we all felt that it was missing something ~ not sure what. Served over noodles. Made for 123 Hits.

      Wonderful, loved this beef and onions. I used 3 pieces of eye of round roast and sliced them into thin slices. I had one large onion and a medium onion, used plum tomatoes, and dried parsley. Enjoyed the sweeter flavor and the meat was tender and moist. I will make this again and serve over rice. Thank you diner524 for posting this recipe.
