Delicious and full of flavour! Served as a side for baked salmon.

I had this for a quick, meatless supper. It was delicious. I substituted tarragon for the dill and it was very tasty.

Very tasty! I added a little more balsamic at the table.

I was short on time and needed a quick recipe. This was excellent. Be sure to follow the recipe and serve two mushrooms each as they shrink a lot more (it seemed) than when you cook them whole. Normally we have one each as a main course but this definitely would need to be served as a side or with the accompanying carbs to make you feel like you had a meal. We served ours with eggs. Thank you for posting!

We love portabellas, and this was a great way to prepare them! I used 1/2 the amount of dill, and this was plenty for us. I like your idea of serving this over pasta, or on toast, I think next time I will do that instead of by itself. Thanks Sharon! Made for ZWT6 by a fellow Looney Spoon :)

Wonderful mushroom dish! These were so easy to prepare with a great result. I served as a side to Bow Ties With Chicken and Asiago Cheese Sauce - delicious combo! Thanks for sharing! ZWT6
