MARINADE
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 59.16 ml port wine
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml cider vinegar
- 9.85 ml paprika
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml pepper
- 453.59 g chicken thigh, boneless, cubed in 1 inch pieces

- 118.29 ml parsley, chopped, garnish
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 118.29 ml onion, minced
directions
- Combine garlic, bay leaf, port wine, olive oil, cider vinegar, paprika, salt and paper in a plastic bag.
- Add chicken; marinate chicken overnight.
- Sprinkle parsley on a plate.
- Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil.
- Add chicken that has been taken out of the marinade.
- Add onion; cook until brown on edges.
- Place on top of parsley.
- Can serve with rice.
