  1. Combine garlic, bay leaf, port wine, olive oil, cider vinegar, paprika, salt and paper in a plastic bag.
  2. Add chicken; marinate chicken overnight.
  3. Sprinkle parsley on a plate.
  4. Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil.
  5. Add chicken that has been taken out of the marinade.
  6. Add onion; cook until brown on edges.
  7. Place on top of parsley.
  8. Can serve with rice.
