Me and my mum make this every morningbecuase its so quick and simple! It is so low in fat and yet tastes so creamy! Additionally it releases energy so slowly, keeping you going for ages!

I like porridge for breakfast, especially in winter, as it's warming and gives me just the right slow-releasing energy I need. Adding a mashed banana to the top makes a nice change from having it just plain. I also indulged and had a little maple syrup over the top.
