Creamy deliciousness. The combo of milk, bananas and oatmeal was fantastic. ZWT8

Classic oatmeal as I had it in England - the salt and butter taste is typical and I love it. Very good with the addition of the banana and raisins. I used almond milk for topping. Thanks for sharing :)

This was very good. We enjoyed it for breakfast this morning. We enjoyed the bananas and raisins on top of the porridge. Made as written, except the salt, forgot it. Thank You. Made for ZWT8.

A good bowl of porridge (oatmeal). I was struck by the heavy salt taste, and I didn't perceive any added pleasure from the butter, so I would probably halve the salt and omit the butter next time. I enjoyed the bananas and raisins; I would probably cook the raisins into the oatmeal from the beginning so they will plump up. (I'm used to a low sodium diet, so I am particularly sensitive to salt.) Made for The Wild Bunch for ZWT8's visit in Britain.
