Pork with Roasted Peppers & Potatoes

I got this recipe out of a cookbook that was given to me at a food show that I was at, entitled "The Best of the Carolinas". This is an excellent dish, and oh so easy!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Season chops with Black Pepper.
  2. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chops and cook 10 minutes or until browned.
  4. Remove chops.
  5. Add potatoes, onion and oregano.
  6. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add chops, broth and peppers.
  8. Heat to a boil.
  9. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.


Most Helpful

I sliced the potatoes into planks so it took a little longer to cook than what it calls for. Not much longer. I love salt too and that added the final touch for me. Was pretty good and real easy.
