OMG this is very good! We love pork and this came out very tender plus flavorful. The technique is perfect. I microwaved my carrots in a steam bag for 3 minutes w/o water and then added them to leftover rice I had made the day before-so not same sort of rice. Thank you AZPARZYCH for posting.
I made 2 servings using a large shallot for the red onion and some already cooked chicken rice that I had. This recipe turned out wonderfully, it tastes delicious and is quicker than a round trip to MacDonald's (not to mention a whale of a lot healthier). The fresh orange flavor is delightful and mixing it with the mustard puts a marvelous edge on the entire dish. Serve this recipe with a fresh green salad and your home free with a great meal on the table in under 30 mins!

this was so good i made it with pot pies rice and worked perfectly i used baby carrots which also worked well
