This was wonderful Boomie. We enjoyed it very much. The tenderloins were perfectly cooked and the sauce was too die for. What a great flavor. The mushroom were tender and delicious. I did use oyster mushrooms and the chicken stock option. Thanks so much for sharing.

This turned into a really nice dinner! I did use a pork roast instead of tenderloin so I did need to adjust the cooking time. Loved the mushrooms!!

Easy and indulgent, this came out tender and saucy and wonderful. We couldn't get dried mushrooms, so we used fresh Crimini ones, cut in pieces and steeped in boiling water as suggested for the dried ones. This seems to have worked. Ooh, fabulous, TDF!

Yummy! This was very delicious and a very easy recipe to prepare. For the mushrooms, I used a package of dehyrated shiitakes, and it turned out fantastic. Thanks for a gem of a recipe, Boomette! Definitely a keeper.

What a sauce! I doubled the amounts because I used an oven-roasted loin instead of a tenderloin. I also used some Calvados for the brandy, so it had a slight apple flavor to go with the mushrooms (I used a dried wild mushroom mix). The sauce is very simple to make. Thanks for another keeper, Boomette!
