  1. Mix lemon juice, herbs, salt, stevia and cinnamon in a zippered bag. Add pork. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, though overnight is best.
  2. Grill pork over high heat turning one to two times for about 5-6 minutes total. Grill broccoli and pineapple for 30 seconds a side in a grill basket. Remove and serve with tenderloin.
  3. If you don't have a grill, you can broil the pork and pineapple. Heat he broiler pan first and add the pineapple just before serving.
