      What a great recipe! It was quick and easy, my kids loved it (and I could leave off the almonds since they eat everything plain), and the almonds were so simple yet so delicious. I'll be making this often!

      I have made chicken breasts like this, but never thought to use pork and it was wonderful! Made for a really quick and delicious dinner. Thanks so much for posting, Jude.
